Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, opened or used PDRN Sticks cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept returns if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product arrived leaking or defective.

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

After we inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Eyecandy Pakistan.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace products that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Incorrectly shipped
• Defective upon arrival
